My new favorite game, I cant stop playing it!

This is a very new game people. If you read up on it, they are making tons of plans on updates for this game. More online interactions, more collectibles. Everything you can think of. This game is just in its beginning stages. So those of you who are giving it one star because it doesnt have everything you want yet, you obviously havent done any reading up on this game. The game plays very much like animal crossing. You do quests throughout the town, clean it up, decorate you house and the town as you see fit. You make the whole island however you want. There are also other things added to the game that animal crossing doesnt have. Like the stock market you can play on the island to make more money, you can also invest money and collect interest at the bank. The game doesnt have everything we want just yet, but give it time. The developers know this and are working on creating the best animal crossing style game ever. Look out for the updates! I cant wait to see what they do with this project!

Great game I have a few ideas u should ad have a day/night cycle ad that u can sleep in the bed ,hunger bar ,ad u can have a family ,more stores more island ,less vip stuff and thats it I really hope u guys can ad this stuff thanks for the great game

Silly and addicting but fun

I love castaway, but I dont like how theres only the same characters. On animal crossing, people could come and go and that was the best part.

I dont see what they have changed in this update. So you can move the bed so what. that shouldnt have required hard work to improve it: vary tasks, allow more interaction with environment with varying of objects and what you can do with them, have more events, make the boats on dock functional for sailing or diving (with appropriate gear on), create more items for use, make islands that can be accessed by boat, even allow space travel. there really are so many ways it could improve. even periodically add new species of insects and fish to catch, shells to collect and donate to museum, add new businesses and residences that can actually be interacted with-like police station if you lift something from a house etc, residents that sporadically give you things if you visit, ability to have jobs like cleaning cobwebs from residential and businesses, ability to sell food you make in your kitchen. vip subscriptions could include these things and more to make it an excellent and profitable game that would keep people interested in playing. just needs to up complexity and keep consistently adding new and interesting material! really a good start to what could be best game in app store the downside: unless you like doing the same pointless tasks over and over again, the game can lose its appeal. the game can be beat in a week then not really worth the space it takes up on the phone. also, they let you watch ads for speeding things up, catching fish, or to get pearls (the element that keeps the game going) in the beginning. then that option goes away after you complete the collections in the museum-so to play you really have to spend money or go super slow trying to complete tasks, level up etc which hopefully lead to free pearls.

I think the more you guys incorporate the Animal Crossing vibe the better the gameplay. We want that nostalgia and I believe that will ultimately reel in more players.

This game is really fun and very addictive! I love the fact that it is free and there are tons of things to do on the island. Im looking forward to future updates that will continue improving this amazing game!

I think the intention of this game id to be similar to Animal Crossing, and it does that well... But I think it has potential to be more. With the introduction of new activities (such as cooking), as mentioned by one of the characters, it could totally become something even better. A change that I would like to see is change in daylight coordinating with the actual time of day. It seems that the seasons change as they do in real life considering the snow on the ground, so why not change day/night as well?

This game is about as close to animal crossing as you can get on the iPhone. Theres lots of plans to update it in the future and theres already a lot to do. Its addicting and keeps you interested. Just get it. You dont have to buy anything, and to speed things up you can just watch an ad that takes like five seconds.

This game is so much fun!! Its just like animal crossing but for your mobile!!!! I love it!!

This game is very fun and I see it could great potential, not that its not already great as is but if they added more online interactive features to it this game would be better then Animal Crossing!!

I paid for it, and then BOOM. "Im sorry. Your purchase cannot be paid at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience." WHAT THE HECK is that supposed to mean??!! RIP. OFF.

I really like this game, but whenever i want to get vip it just wont let me! Please fix this! :(((

This is so much fun!

Plays very similarly to animal crossing and offers a good bit of entertainment. Plans to update the size of the map should be included though, Id love to get even more play time out of it!!

This game is fun and addicting, there are so many good details they didnt have to add. But I do recommend more features, but I do hate that you have to be a VIP to go into the kitchen.

This game is GREAT! I was looking for something similar to Animal Crossing, and I was pleasantly surprised at both the similarities and differences in Castaway Paradise. Ive been playing for about two weeks now and overall, I enjoy it! It is very unique and offers a much different gaming experience from Animal Crossing! My pluses: I love the many different options for decorating your home. Being able to hang things on the walls, windows, and ceilings are cool. The fact that the game is constantly updating and developing is definitely a plus as well. The overall aesthetic design of the game is very fun and appealing. I like that there are always quests from the villagers...theres always something to do. My minuses: The controls are a little awkward at times. Its pretty tiring to use one finger for everything from moving the character to action commands. The constant pop ups requesting things to be posted on Facebook is very annoying. There should be a way to turn that off (maybe I just havent found it yet?). My suggestions: Adding a day/night cycle to the game would be awesome. Expanding the map or perhaps incorporating other islands to travel to would be nice. Maybe having villagers that come and go would be nice as well. Having some sort of control pad on one side of the screen to avoid using one finger constantly would definitely be beneficial. Being able to play with friends would be a nice addition later on down the line as well. Incorporating island-wide events like fishing and bug tournaments or other festivals would be fun. Finally, it should be more difficult to advance in the game. As it is now, you can just buy your way through everything if youre willing to spend the money on it. In my opinion, that takes away from the overall gaming time and difficulty level of the game! I have no suggestions to offer there as I know the developers need to make their money somehow, but I would definitely like to see some change in that area! Overall, this is game is definitely headed in the right direction. Im so glad I stumbled across it! I will surely keep playing and looking forward to future updates! Similar to animal crossing, love the extra quests and farming though.
